Health is more about losing weight, toning muscles or being fit. We look at health from a Biopsychosocial point of view. We look at, being able to control weigh, knowing what healthy food choices are, being stronger in connective tissue, being more mobile and flexible, being less stressed / happier, getting adequate sleep, being involved in social events, being generally more active.
Wrists are just as important to keep strong and healthy as your shoulders, knees and even spine...yes, spine. Your spine is a strong, multi jointed system that allows you to move in many different ways. So move it in the many ways it allows you. You can cause yourself aches and pains in joints from under use as well as over use. So maybe being more active will help you ache less... 💭
