Luke R. Davies at the South Wales Fitness Awards 2017
This September Luke R. Davies attended the South Wales Fitness Awards in Cowbridge having been shortlisted for the category of 'entrepreneur of the year'.
The award was for outstanding and innovative contribution to the health and fitness industry. Luke didn't win this event, however, having only been in business since January 2017 it was a great success to have some of the hard work behind the scenes to be recognised by the South Wales Fitness Awards.
Luke R. Davies left London last year to provide individualised rehabilitation specialising in musculoskeletal injuries and pain right here in Wales. Luke takes great pride in making rehab and lifestyle modifications as enjoyable as possible and runs health retreats to promote how enjoyable taking your health back in to your own hands can actually be.
An overview of Back to Roots in Lake Maggiore, Italy from March 2017 can be seen below and there is still a few spaces to fill in our next Back to Roots event in December 2017 in the Celtic Woodlands, Wales. To book or for more information please see HERE.
It was an evening to reflect on some of the success of the past year with friends and family and great to have the support of the University of South Wales, represented by the head of the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic (WIOC) Mark Webster.
It was a fantastic event and learning experience, presented by retired boxing champion Nicky Piper.
Luke R. Davies has recently become an ambassador for the dynamic and high quality plant-based nutrition company Vivo Life who are also now the official sponsors of Back to Roots Health retreats.
