B2R Report of Findings & Patient Buy-In Bundle

Includes Digital Chalkboard, Digital versions of ‘Stress: The Good & Bad’ and ‘ Novel Movement’

Power up your ability to deliver High-Value, Evidence-Based musculoskeletal rehabilitation with this B2R bundle.

The chalkboard was developed by us in 2017 and has undergone two major evolutions. This board enables you to sketch concepts relevant for the journey ahead with your patient, the B2R way. All the art work is specifically designed to memory jog all the important things you might want to consider in a holistic, evidence based package of care.

This board was designed to sit down with your patient, after you have completed a thorough history and physical examination and story board all the components of a rehabilitation plan that might be relevant.

In our experience, getting BUY-IN right from the start is essential and this board helps you to do just that.

With practice, this board is designed to be doodled on, wiped clean and you can add anything else you deem relevant in the space in the middle (Including your costs / prices in terms of selling your package).

Infographics included to prompt your discussion:

Basecamp: for key physical examination and history findings.

Summit: Key short, medium and long term goals

Barriers: a space for why they might not be able to do this alone.

Red flag for your assessment / referral.

Pain as an alarm.

The therapeutic toolbox you’ll be using to calm people’s nerves.

Envelop of function for discussion about resistance training, capacity and graded exposure.

Tissue healing phases and pain.

Movement is variable and novel movement is healthy (Novel Movement book included)

Acute and chronic stress discussion (Stress book included)

Touch-nudge-tease for working with painful movements / tasks.

Metaphorical bridge passing from passive to active care, with the Toblerone effect of recovery relevant for a great many chronic conditions with the B2R badge further reiterating this point with your patient for expectations.

B/B area for boom – bust activities that might need pacing.

F/A area for fear-avoidance, tasks that might be avoided and need exposure too

Self management in the mountains as the ultimate goal.

We have our way of flowing through this, and it is your job to adapt this board for each person and any given diagnosis from: Non-specific back pain, frozen shoulder, pulled hamstring, radiculopathy, headache, tendinopathy…..you get the idea, its our way of helping us ensure we cover all the points.

Just completed a new CPD programme or mentorship? Awesome, use this board to add it to your clinical arsenal and communicate it to your clients!

You could use this infographic on a digital device, or copy what we have done and take this graphic to any chalkboard printing company and get it to your preferred size for a physical board to take your patients through with chalk, and simply wipe as you go.

In the UK for example: https://www.chalkboardsuk.co.uk/?gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAiAjfyqBhAsEiwA-UdzJPcKcfBvPcOoyr98xKx7fO8OEYJ08lQwUOQvSwLwTV8MaTFZ3ypCTBoCtjgQAvD_BwE

In this digital age, having the tangible physical resource seems to add more value than ever and this was previously only available in the B2R Internship, until now.

Enjoy your board and let us know how it helps you
