Welcome to the module 'Lean Living'. This section is designated to all things food. Developing a healthy relationship with food however is so much more than literally what is in the food and what enters your mouth. Hence the label of Lean Living. Being lean and effortlessly so is a long term shift in not just what you eat, but your entire relationship with food. Your diet is just one bucket in your global quest to a comprehensive preventative health plan. It also happens to be my favourite bucket. :)
